Welcome

Valley View was established in December 2004 by veterinarians, Dr. Barb Lee and Dr. Jody Strohbehn. They both studied veterinary medicine at Iowa State University and began practicing in Council Bluffs after graduation. They have been married since 1983 and have two children, Amber and Austin. Their daughter, Amber, graduated from Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University  May 2021. She joined the practice and entered the 3rd generation of veterinarians in the family. Their son, Austin, lives in Iowa and is practicing as a retina surgeon. 

Valley View Veterinary Clinic encompasses a team of veterinarians and staff that are dedicated to the health and wellness of your pet and will provide excellent care and great service to you and your family pet. The practice's love and compassion for your small animal has allowed them to expand and grow to meet client demand and needs. This summer they added two additional veterinarians to join their already excellent medical team. Additionally, they just opened a new clinic that offers increased space and capacity along with enhanced patient flow and patient experience.
